LAWRIE

Thomas LAWRIE, born possibly Scotland circa 1838. Married Catherine McDONALD in New Zealand. Thomas may have come from Paisley, Scotland.

Their daughter Agnes LAWRIE, was born on the 17th June 1865 Dunedin New Zealand. Family hear-say has it that Agnes had a Brother David LAWRIE. Her parents were said to have been killed in an accident when the children were small and they were both brought up in an orphanage maybe in Dunedin. This has yet to be confirmed.
